Our Soul Connection Women's Circle, led by Vikki Speller, is a space for women to experience guided meditations and connect with their intuition, developing their unique gifts. Mindful Mums & Bubs Circle
'When a baby is born, so is a mother'
The Mindful Mums & Bubs Circle is a beautiful 6-week program designed to support mums and their little ones through mindfulness, self-love, and play-based connection.
This weekly women’s circle is ideal for new and seasoned mums seeking a supportive space to reconnect with themselves, build friendships, and bond with their bub. A unique mother-and-baby circle that blends personal growth, emotional support, and early learning through play.
Each 60-minute session includes:
Mindfulness practices and self-love tools to support your wellbeing.
Gentle, play-based activities to nurture your baby's development.
Open conversations and support from like-minded mums.
A beautifully designed workbook full of practical tools and inspiration.
Co-created by Vikki Speller, a Qualified Child Care Educator and Mindfulness Teacher, and her daughter Taylor Cattell from Once Upon A Playtime - Learn Through Play', this program is designed to help mothers build a strong foundation of self-esteem, both for themselves and their babies. Through weekly meetings, mums can share their experiences, gain support, and build friendships.
This program highlights the importance of reconnecting to yourself after the transition into motherhood. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques, explore self-awareness, and find strategies to foster confidence, emotional balance, and joy in motherhood. You’ll also engage in simple, enriching activities with your bub—focused on connection, calm, and community.
