Our Soul Connection Women's Circle, led by Vikki Speller, is a space for women to experience guided meditations and connect with their intuition, developing their unique gifts. Self-Love Club
Love Yourself, Mama! Rekindle that spark of self-love and build a powerful community with other women in the Mums & Bubs Self Love Club! Our Mothers and Babies Women's Circle, is the perfect space for new mums to connect with other women and their babies.
This program is devoted in offering mums a safe space to reconnect to self after transitioning into motherhood alongside like-minded women and their babies. Explore mindfulness techniques, self-awareness, shared experiences and strategies to foster postpartum self-love and acceptance. Engage in play alongside other mums and bubs experiencing simplistic fun games focused on self-love, affirmations and promoting socialization. To support the program each Mum receives a detailed workbook providing valuable tools and insights.
This 6-week journey, called “Mums & Bubs Self Love Club", is a safe and supportive environment filled with play and connection, providing a powerful community for new mums and their little ones.
