These policies and procedures apply to all vikkispeller.com products sold on this site or any other site owned by vikkispeller.com or Vikki Speller that includes a link to this page.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. Vikki Speller, vikkispeller.com, Intuition Plus or any business under the umbrella of Vikki Speller is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological harm that may arise from using the guided meditations, visualizations, audios or video clips or courses or any other products purchased through Vikki Speller. Medical Advice: the vikkispeller.com audio and video downloads are not a substitute for medical or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers are encouraged to seek professional advice before beginning any new health or wellness program. Copyright and Intellectual Property: vikkispeller.com states that all guided meditation audio clips are the property of Vikki Speller and protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the audio clips and video clips is strictly prohibited. Indemnification: vikkispeller.com is indemnified and held harmless by the customer from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the customer's use of the guided meditations. Age Requirement: vikkispeller.com states that customers must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to purchase downloads including but not limited to the guided meditation audio clips. Safety: Guided meditations and audio clips should not be listened to in situations where alertness and concentration are required, such as while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires focus and attention. Customers are encouraged to find a safe and quiet space where they can fully engage in the guided meditation without any distractions. It's also recommended that customers do not listen to the guided meditations when they are feeling excessively fatigued, as this could increase the risk of accidents or injury. Terms and Conditions: By downloading products via paid or free offers you understand the terms and conditions held within the complete terms, conditions and disclaimers held on vikkispeller.com.

Payments & Billing

All payments for Products and Subscription at vikkispellr.com is by credit card or PayPal. Personal check are not accepted. Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to. Billing Statement: All purchases will list vikkispeller.com as the billing descriptor on your bank statement. Annual vikkispeller.com Subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the members centre Accounts page. Monthly vikkispeller.com Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the members centre Accounts page.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Vikki Speller Intuition Plus cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page inside your Membership Log In: Vikki Speller, Intuition Plus account under the link called 'Manage Account' or by contacting Vikki Speller, Intuition Plus customer support team, hello@vikkispeller.com. We give a 7-day money FREE trial in your first month, after that when you cancel you will see out the current paid months membership as we will close your account before the new payment is due. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Vikki Speller Intuition Plus with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Vikki Speller Intuition Plus to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Vikki Speller Intuition Plus will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Cancelations

If you cancel your Vikki Speller Intuition Plus account, all benefits and access that we have given as part of being a member will be removed and your account will be deleted so you will not be able to export information from your membership portal. When you cancel your Vikki Speller Intuition Plus account all associated videos, pdf’s, audios, we have given for free or paid as part of being a membership will be deleted with your account so you will not be able to transfer Vikki Speller Intuition Plus intellectual property to any other account.

Putting Your Account On Pause

Pause essentially means for that period of time you are not a member and can’t access your account. We are happy to help out and hold your member status and keep your information in your account safe. However, while on pause you are not active until you reactivate the account. The maximum time we can pause an account is 3 months.

Fee Changes

Vikki Speller Intuition Plus, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Vikki Speller Intuition Plus will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All physical Products are sent through standard mail and are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping and packaging are at the expense of the customer and purchase of the products acknowledges the terms and conditions.

Product Returns

Customers must contact our support department via admin@vikkispeller.com for approval and a RMA (Return Authorization Number) before sending packages back. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Please contact hello@vikkispeller.com for our return address. You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, vikkispeller.com strongly recommends sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If vikkispeller.com does not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned vikkispeller.com cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via Australia Post. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued. Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honour any package that is postmarked for up to twelve months after the purchase of the product.

Online Product & Subscription Access

Login access to your “One Time Purchase” online Products and Subscriptions are sent to you via email immediately after purchase.

Nothing on this page, any of vikkispeller.com websites, or any of vikkispeller.com content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of personal or professional results or future earnings, and vikkispeller.com does not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of vikkispeller.com sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Refunds

You understand by purchasing from Vikki Speller Intuition Plus that payment is final and complete and no refunds will be automatedly issued. If you are not happy with your purchase you can request a refund by sending an email to hello@vikkispeller.com and it will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Vikki Speller Intuition Plus on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable nor transferrable relating to but not limited to Membership Subscriptions, Coaching Programs, Online Events, In-person events. All services and products sold by Vikki Speller Intuition Plus and through any website or funnel owned by Vikki Speller Intuition Plus is not refundable nor transferable unless otherwise decided by us or shown in the product, event or services description. Any agreed upon refunds does not cover shipping and handling fees due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try the product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product. Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account. Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, access to content and community will immediately be revoked. Do not purchase if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to be fully responsible for activities that relate to your account or your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorisation, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. For invoices that are 30 days overdue from date of issue and remain unpaid, the account will be terminated, unless the account holder has contacted Vikki Speller Intuition Plus to make alternative arrangements via way of instalments or payment plan.

Online Coaching, Events and Training Policy

At Vikki Speller Intuition Plus, vikkispeller.com, we provide online training services to our clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. By accessing and using our online training platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions;

Online Coaching, Events and Training Access and Use

You must be 18 years or older to use our online training services.

You must have a valid email address and create a password to access our online training platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your login credentials with any third party.

Online Coaching and Training Payment and Refund

You must pay the fees for our online coaching, events and or training services as specified on our website or in our proposal. We accept payment by credit card or other forms of payment as specified on our website. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are not transferrable and non-refundable.

Deep Dive Intensive Coaching

As a Deep Dive Intensive coaching member of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus you are invited to attend a single three-hour coaching session via zoom, held between Vikki Speller and you. Vikki Speller Intuition Plus reserves the right to cancel or change these sessions as required. If you are unable to attend or do not attend a scheduled Deep Dive Coaching appointment you are able to reschedule that session one time only to a new suitable mutually agreed time between Vikki Speller and client, depending on availability. The outline of the terms and conditions of the Deep Dive Intensive Coaching Program is outlined and agreed upon as per the signed Deep Dive Intensive Coaching Agreement between the two parties; Vikki Speller and client.

Signature Coaching

As a Signature coaching member of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus you are invited to attend one sixty-minute coaching session per week via zoom with Vikki Speller for twelve weeks. Vikki Speller Intuition Plus reserves the reserve the right to cancel or change these sessions as required. If you are unable to attend or do not attend a scheduled Signature Coaching appointment you are able to reschedule that session if two (2) hours notice has been given prior to the booking, less than two (2) hours notice the session becomes null and void and the follow up session for that week will be via email or discord instead. All twelve coaching sessions are to be used within the twelve week program as per the Signature Coaching signed agreement between Vikki Speller and client.

SMS

By subscribing to Vikki Speller Intuition Plus, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. You also authorize Vikki Speller Intuition Plus to include marketing content in any such messages. You do not have to Opt-In or agree to Opt-In as a condition of subscribing to emails and purchase of product of service. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@vikkispeller.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. By enrolling to receive Vikki Speller Intuition Plus free offers, newsletter, purchasing a product, service, event or coaching, you agree to these terms and conditions, which become effective upon your Opt-in.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any particular results from purchasing any of our products or services, attending any in person or online events or your use of our online training services or coaching programs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from your use of our products and or services or your reliance on any information or advice provided through our products or services that Vikki Speller Intuition Plus has provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our online training platform, coaching programs, events, products or services. Our liability to you for any claims arising out of connection with Vikki Speller Intuition Plus shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you for product or services.

Statement on Waiver of Liability for Injuries

At Vikki Speller Intuition Plus – vikkispeller.com, we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our attendees and customers. However, participation in any of our events, physical or virtual, including but not limited to audio mediations, may involve a certain level of risk, including but not limited to physical injury or emotional distress. By purchasing our products both physical or virtual, receiving coaching in-person or virtual or by attending our events, both physical or virtual you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the purchase and/or participation. You agree to waive and release Vikki Speller Intuition Plus - vikkispeller.com, its employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to medical expenses and lost wages, arising out of or in connection with your participation in our events.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our online training platform and services at any time and for any reason without notice. You may terminate your use of our online training services at any time by contacting us at hello@vikkispeller.com.Upon termination, you agree to cease using our online training platform and services and to delete all content and materials obtained through our online training services.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus. All content and materials provided through Vikki Speller, Intuition Plus, vikkispeller.com and our online training platforms, including but not limited to products and subscriptions, services, graphics, user interface, video clips, audio clips, documents, presentations, editorial content, social media and books authored by Vikki Speller, are the intellectual property of Vikki Speller Intuition Plus and are protected by copyright laws. You agree that you will not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content or materials for any purpose without our express written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non transferable license to access and use our content and materials solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to rent, lease, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative work based on vikkispeller.com, Vikki Speller or Intuition Plus products or services in any manner, and you shall not exploit vikkispeller.com in any unauthorised manner whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mis-priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Statement on Parental Permission for Children's Attendance at Events

At Vikki Speller Intuition Plus – vikkispeller.com, we take the safety and well-being of all our attendees seriously, especially children. As such, we require that children under the age of 18 have their parent's or legal guardian's permission to attend any of our events, physical or virtual. We encourage parents and guardians to review our events' content and activities to determine if it is appropriate for their child's age and maturity level. By registering their child for an event, parents and guardians are acknowledging that they have reviewed the event's content and activities and have taken on full responsibility for their child and given their permission for their child to attend and will not hold Vikki Speller, Intuition Plus, vikkispeller.com liable.

Confidentiality

The coaching calls are held in full confidentiality. Discussions and are to be held in held in strict confidence and as a coaching member you are under an expectation never to disclose anyone else’s information. Unless said person has asked you to share info about their project with others. These calls are also strictly only for the Deep Dive Intensive and Signature Coaching members and invited guests by the paid coaching members are not allowed on the call.

Facebook Groups

Facebook groups under the umbrella of Vikki Speller, Intuition Plus are groups for all members to share their ideas, inspiration with others. Celebrate their wins and show their creations with the rest of the group. Also, an area for announcements that are of benefit for the group. You can also ask for help and advice from your fellow members inside the group and share any tips or leanings with them here as well. This is a high vibe container and we do not tolerate any bullying, intimidation, or general not nice behaviour.

Your Discord Channel

Inside your private Discord channel, you have access to Vikki Speller Intuition Plus. We also will add any VA that may be required to work with us into this space. You can ask us here if you require answers to questions in between coaching calls. Please understand this is not an area to request Vikki Speller Intuition Plus to do work for you. If it is of a nature covered in the Deep Dive Intensive or Signature Coaching programs, we will be in communication with you. If you require extra work that is not covered under the coaching programs offered and purchased then Vikki Speller Intuition Plus will assist you in sourcing, your own VA to help you with other projects wholly at your expense. Please remain considerate to our VA’s at all times, and understand there may be times where communication gets misunderstood due to language difficulties. We monitor all conversation in the Discord chats.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Limitation Of Liability
